These we can recognize as gifts that the Father has given to all people regardless of their devotion to him. The donkey that Jesus rode into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday is often overlooked. Understandably so... I mean... his rider was JESUS after all. But this Sunday we look at the donkey as an indicator of the responsibility we have as believers, the attitude Jesus had in his triumphant entry, and the peace that Jesus foreshadowed he would bring. All this just from the lowly donkey.
