The reality of the progression towards the manger is a difficult one to grapple with. What was Mary and Joseph's experience really like? For sure, it was unexpected, unfamiliar and uncertain, making Mary and Joseph uncomfortable. But through these experiences, both they and we experience the miraculous and praise worthy plan and goodness of God.
